Delicious and Nutritious Meals for Your Littlest Foodie!
This is NOT just a recipe for your Littlest Foodie! My husband and I devoured every last spoonful that our Littlest Foodie didn’t eat and I’ll be heading out to the grocery to get more bananas tomorrow to make another batch!
Oh and did I mention how easy this recipe is? It’s a snap! AND oh so healthy!!!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Slice peeled bananas into 1/2 inch thick slices and place on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bananas have begun to caramelize – see picture below.
Combine roasted bananas and a 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt in a food processor or blender and blend until creamy. Your Littlest Foodie may prefer this diluted a bit with breast milk, formula or water
