Delicious and Nutritious Meals for Your Littlest Foodie!
I used my Beaba Babycook to steam the fruits (you don’t really need to cook the mango because they’re so soft, but I did). I added water up to the 2 line and steamed for 10 minutes – just enough time to read my Littlest Foodie Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. You can also steam in the microwave, by adding the apples (and mangos if you want) to a glass container with a lid and adding a 1/2 cup of water. Microwave times differ, but I’d start at 3 minutes and see from there – your fruits are done when the apples are tender.
Once apples (and mangos if you choose to steam them too) are cooked, add to blender or food processer. Add 1/3 cup of plain Greek yogurt and a couple sprinkles of cinnamon. Blend until creamy and serve.
